After Hours Rentals
Our Zoo is a great place for a wedding or for company and corporate events! Hold after-hours or special weekend events for your organization. The Zoo grounds are available to rent for private functions during the hours of 5-9PM and for private all day rentals!
Rental of large tents, extra tables, and chairs for the grounds may also be arranged through Aztec Rentals. If you would like the zoo staff to make these arrangements there is a 15% up-charge on the Aztec fees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is included in my party package?
A: Each package includes zoo admission for a set number of guests, rental of the Tielking Pavilion, pizza and drinks, and a special gift for the birthday child. Wild Things and Alpha Pack also include animal programs and Zoo Choo train rides.
Q: Can I bring outside food?
A: Yes — outside food, beverages, and cake are welcome for all packages. We also offer a specialized Bali’s Bistro Menu for Birthdays and Events.
Q: Do I need a credit card on file?
A: Yes — for all parties a credit card must be kept on file to cover final charges.
Q: When is final payment due?
A: Final payment (for extra guests and additional add-ons) will be charged to the credit card on file you provided when placing the non-refundable deposit for your party. Additionally, you can pay on the day of your party with your Party Host at the end of your party before leaving the Zoo.
Q: What if my numbers change?
A: You can adjust add-ons up until 48 hours prior to the party; additional guests day-of will not be guaranteed in the add-on for food.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Your Deposit is non-refundable. We can reschedule your event if there is availability on another date.
Q: Is there a rain plan?
A: Parties are held rain or shine. If weather is severe, we will contact you with reschedule options.
